Arrival and departure
Arrival of students
Please note that parents who transport their child(ren) in the morning must drop them off at the entrance to the gate overlooking the main courtyard.
No parent is allowed to enter the schoolyard. Children must not enter through the Main Pavilion reception. On the other hand, for a late arrival or an early departure, you must preparefeel at reception.
The parent who wishes to meet an educator is obviously welcome. He is invited to make an appointment by contacting the secretariat or by communicating directly with the educator.
Departure of students
Please note that parents who transport their child(ren) at the end of the day must present themselves in front of the main entrance. The students are always accompanied by an educator who stays on the landing stage site until all the children have left.
Absence or unusual departure during the year.
The absence of your child must be notified to us before 8 am. You can leave a detailed message (student name, group and reason for absence) with the secretariat or by email (info@khelcominstitute.com). The student must always report to the secretariat when arriving late.
It is important to note that if you need to change your child's usual departure, the secretariat must be notified as early as possible in the morning (before 10 a.m.) in order to notify the staff concerned.
Parents who come to pick up their child(ren) during the course period must first notify the secretariat by telephone before 10 a.m. and, at the time mentioned, present themselves at the main entrance.
