Administrative Rules 

Phone calls

COMMUNICATION

  • To reach a student or a member of staff, call the secretariat and or leave a message. We will call you back as soon as possible.

  • Students cannot make phone calls during the day unless it is an emergency call.

Electronic appliances

  • Electronic devices, cell phones, tablets, smart watches or electronic games are prohibited at all times, on pain of being confiscated. The same is true for household toys.

Correspondence book

  • The student must bring his folder (where there will be evaluations and messages for parents) and/or his diary in order to have them signed.

ABSENCE

  • When a student is absent from school due to illness or for any other reason, it is important that the parents inform the secretariat before 8 am. In addition to the name of the student, it is necessary to mention his class and the reason for the absence.

  • On their return in the middle of the day, the student must report to the secretariat before returning to class.

  • To leave the institute during the day, parents must notify the secretariat before 10 am, either in writing or by telephone, and obtain authorization.

DRESS 

Uniform 

  • The uniform with the acronym of the institute is compulsory every day.

  • shoes must be completely closed. They must fit well on the feet (for example, ballerina-style shoes must have a strap on the top). For safety on stairs, we require heels with less than 2 cm.

physical education clothing

  • Physical education clothing in the colors of the institute is compulsory for the physical education class.

Makeup

  • Makeup is prohibited. False nails are not permitted as they are not appropriate for the active life of our young people at school.

Jewelry

  • As little as possible…No drop earrings. One earring, small and worn only in the ear is allowed.

Hair

  • For both boys and girls, we require that the hair is always clean and well groomed. Hair falling in the face and at eye level is not permitted; the face must be clear at all times. No eccentric hairstyle will be tolerated. We prohibit colored hair of any color other than natural.

Cap or hat

  • It is strictly forbidden to wear any kind of headgear inside the institute (cap, hat, etc.).With the exception of the Hijjab.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Memedicine

  • The student must not have with him any medication, prescribed or not. A member of staff takes care of the administration of medication and all medical cases.

Snacks

  • A nutritious snack is important for learning. We accept all fruits, vegetables, dairy products and granola bars. It is suggested to include several food groups in the same snack.

School trip

  • To participate in school trips, the student must have demonstrated compliance with the Code of Conduct: respect – surpassing oneself – mutual aid – rigor. He must have a positive behavior and be serious in his pedagogical learning. In addition, during such an outing, the student will demonstrate equally positive and respectful behavior.
